Pet Policy
We Love Pets!
We welcome up to two pets per apartment home. Pet deposit: $300 refundable per home. Monthly pet rent: $35 per home. A pet addendum must be signed, vet certification received, and pets approved by management before move-in. Breed and weight restrictions apply; exotic and farm animals are not permitted. Cats must be spayed or neutered; pets under one year require an additional deposit equal to flooring replacement. Service/companion animals are exempt from pet fees but must be registered with the office.
